A Message from Our Founder

When my wife Angie and I founded Quality Plumbing back in 1984, we had a simple vision: to build a business rooted in honesty, craftsmanship, and service to our community. What started as a small family company grew into something bigger than we could have imagined. Over time, our clients trusted us not just to solve plumbing problems but to help shape the homes they loved. That trust inspired us to launch Quality DesignWorks in 2009—a full-service design-build remodeling firm dedicated to creating spaces that are both beautiful and practical. From kitchens and bathrooms to full home remodels and outdoor living spaces, we’ve always believed that a successful project comes down to three things: listening closely, planning carefully, and delivering with pride. Now, more than 40 years later, it’s been the greatest joy of my life to see our children continue this legacy. My son, Preston Nazworth, is now President of Quality Plumbing, and my daughter, Heather Nazworth Stephens, AKBD, has stepped into the role of President at Quality DesignWorks. Both Angie and I are proud to see them carrying forward the values that have defined our companies since day one. Heather leads Quality DesignWorks with the same principles that inspired Angie and me:
